A five-week program run at an extremely high level of intensity pushing the skater well beyond their comfort zone, this over speed training, along with learning proper technique will produce a player that will have much more speed, quickness and agility.

OPTIMUM DEFENSE
Ryan Zuhlsdorf, former UofM Gopher and professional hockey player, teaches the fundamentals that will help defensemen become better, more offensively minded. For 8 weeks, one day per week, each player will focus on skills to become a next level defenseman.

OVERTIME TRAINING
Do what you need to do today so you can do what you want tomorrow. High School and Bantam age players will be challenged Mon/Wed/Fri for 5.5 weeks to develop individual skills and increase speed. Are you ready to accept the challenge and do the work now to earn the ice time later.

BANTAM CHECKING
Don’t leave this part of the game to chance! Why risk injury? We can teach your player how to give and take a check along the boards or in open ice, how to apply pins, and proper angling techniques. Checking is a fun and exciting part of the game.  Our program will help your player take this next step.

ADVANCED STICKHANDLING
It doesn’t matter how great a skater you are if you can’t handle the puck! Skate like the wind but without good stickhandling skills your accomplishments will be limited.  Develop your stickhandling skills and you will be able to control the game!  Be ready to take the next step. Our program will help your player learn how to handle the puck through good quality instruction and repetition.
