10U HEADS-UP STICKHANDLING
It doesn’t matter how great a skater you are if you can’t handle the puck! Skate like the wind but without good stickhandling skills your accomplishments will be limited.  Develop your stickhandling skills and you will be able to control the game!  Be ready to take the next step. Our program will help your player learn how to handle the puck through good quality instruction and repetition.

10U/12U GIRLS SPEED ACADEMY
Run at an extremely high level of intensity pushing the skater well beyond their comfort zone, this overspeed training, along with learning proper technique will produce a player that will have much more speed, quickness and agility.

GIRLS CONTACT
There may not be checking allowed in Girls Hockey, but body contact is allowed. Learn how to use and position your body to advantage without being penalized. Learning the art of puck possession through body positioning will lead you to greater success. Join us to learn how!

12U/14U GIRLS STICK & SHOOT
Develop your heads up stickhandling skills and you will be able to control the game! We will be breaking down different scoring techniques each day. Wrist shot, snap shot and backhands you cannot be an effective player if you have a weak shot.  It’s all in the execution.
